Remote (with right to work) in one of the following countries: Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Senegal, or Tanzania
About the Role
As Director of Policy and Impact, you’ll:
- Lead ESSA’s strategy to bridge the gap between research and real-world education reform
- Manage and mentor a talented, values-driven team across Africa
- Oversee Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) frameworks that fuel data-backed insights
- Champion African-led solutions, research partnerships, and cross-sector collaboration
- Influence systems change that centers on equity, access, and evidence-based policymaking
