Are you part of a community driving grassroots solutions in land restoration, sustainable food systems, climate action, or land rights in Africa? Here's your chance to join a global movement of local leaders shaping the future of our planet.
The Global Landscapes Forum (GLFx) has officially opened its 2026 Call for Applications, inviting local organizations, youth-led groups, Indigenous communities, and civil society actors to become part of its international GLFx Chapter network.
What Is GLFx?
GLFx is a decentralized, community-powered platform of the Global Landscapes Forum, dedicated to supporting locally led initiatives that restore landscapes and build climate-resilient futures. By joining, chapters receive tailored funding, capacity building, visibility, and access to one of the world’s largest knowledge networks on sustainability and land use.
What’s in it for you?
If your organization becomes or joins a GLFx chapter, you will be expected to:
- Networking and peer-to-peer learning through the GLFx community and GLF Charter Members
- Global spotlighting: regional and global outreach support and storytelling opportunities through the GLF’s events and platforms.
- Learning and knowledge sharing: tailored learning programmes, connection with scientific experts
- Funding: internal calls for proposals, access to funding, and other fundraising opportunities.
